Print a cross stitch fabric cut card

This is the fabric-only output in your existing Stitch Ledger workspace. It uses your saved design and margins; it does not upload a chart or include your stash.

Print a fabric cut card

Enter your chart’s stitch width and height, fabric count, over and all four finishing margins. Select Update cut sizes, then Preview cut card. Check the conditions before choosing Print / save cut card PDF and Letter or A4 in your browser. Only the main fabric calculation is printed; your floss, projects and history are excluded. Unsaved or invalid inputs must be updated first.

Original example: 140 × 112 stitches on 14 ct over 1 gives a stitched area of 10 × 8 in. With 3 in on each edge, cut fabric is 16 × 14 in (40.64 × 35.56 cm). On 28 ct over 2 the dimensions are the same. Over describes fabric threads crossed, not floss strands. Width adds left + right; height adds top + bottom.

Open the fabric cut card tool. The diagram is not to scale, and the card does not estimate shrinkage, thread use, prices or additional cutting tolerance. Margin unit changes stay in the form until you update the cut sizes.
